Paweł Zdanowicz specialises in finance transactions and capital markets. He represented lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross border finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, leasing and bonds issue. He also supports our clients with day to day legal services.  He works with the working groups at the Polish Bank Association.

He holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Singapore.
